The S70101-NA servo amplifier is used for a wide range of servo applications in metal machining industries, printing industries, and packaging industries. The servo amplifier offers complete control over the motor’s position, speed, and current. This model can be operated in a 0 ᵒC to 40 ᵒC temperature range and in conditions with up to 85% relative humidity. The system comes with a 24V pulse direction interface. The S70101-NA can be configured with user-specific requirements because of expansion cards. Three slots have been provided on the front side due to expansion cards. PROFIBUS, SynqNet and sercos expansion cards can be utilized with the amplifier. For storage, a memory card slot has also been provided. Ideally, the S70101-NA can be used with asynchronous motors, servo motors, and DC motors.
The S70101-NA comes with a built-in ventilation fan for effective heat dissipation. In case of increased temperature in the control cabinet, the servo amplifier automatically shuts off as a protective measure. The amplifier can be mounted in a vertical position and its outer enclosure is protected against water jet incursion and small-sized solid objects. The device comes with a shock hazard protection system and a safe torque off (STO) feature. An emergency stop switch is also provided for better operational safety. With a maximum output current of 2.5 A, the device has a 7.7 mH inductance. Lastly, the S70101-NA comes with multiple integrated safety measures including short circuit protection and phase-failure monitoring.
