Product Description

The SERVOSTAR-614-AS is an advanced and powerful servo amplifier used for control functions in industry which ensures safety, efficiency as well as reliability. The device in question has been designed utilizing MiniCombicon connectors of 12pin arrangement, namely coded on PIN1 as well as 12 for safety purposes. It is specified that the said amplifier has a starting delay that shall not exceed 2ms and regards the starting time of digital outputs such a time does not exceed 10ms hence quick operations are guaranteed. The said addressing time may be as low as 4ms ensuring the fast operations are undertaken especially in the industrial regimes.

The SERVOSTAR 614-AS is equipped with a processor no less than Pentium II so that it is certain that it performs properly in the control of intricate functions. A built-in Tn I-integration time is used as a part of the control loop of the Tn control system. The motor also comprises of the partial temperature controller which is usually a PTC fitted in the motor windings to detect and control the temperature of the system to avert any chances of overheating.

Positioning over the amplifier is performed accurately owing to the provision of SSI-interface for cyclical absolute serial position output and additional functions such as limit ramps which curb the acceleration setpoint rate changes. There is also internal count pulse in the system which count each pulse equivalent to 1/220 of a turn of the shaft for greater accuracy. What is provided through the DC bus link is similar to an uninterruptable power source particularly for acting power ration which is well rectified and smoothed. The amplifier is equipped with various fieldbus such as CANopen, PROFIBUS, SERCOS which can be used where different industrial communication networks are required.
