Product Description

The SERVOSTAR-610 is a high-performance servo-amplifier meant particularly for motion control in industrial industries, where advanced technology features and safety elements are crucial. Its resolving ability is 14-bit at a ~ 10 V maximum differential input voltage driving for a prompt response. The whole amplifier has a lead loop resistance of 159.81/2/km with a maximum cable capacitance of 60nF/km that does not alter the distance of effective communication. These and other features like ROD - interface and resolver/ Digital converter are provided in order to allow for motion control whereby analysis moving objects is more accurate.

The SERVOSTAR 610 incorporates a power contactor with a phase monitoring protection system for the safe operation of the system. Ring cores are utilized with them for suppression of interference so as to enhance performance in interference prone conditions. The amplifier additionally incorporates a reversing mode thereby providing for operations that necessitate periodic change of direction, and also has Kp P-gain control loop adjustment for system response optimization.

The cooling system of the amplifier consists of a fan, which is turned on when the internal temperature exceeds 58C or in the case when the heat sink temperature exceeds 65C. In particular, the internal brake resistor can dissipate more than 30W while the fan is on, which is important for safe operational conditions when braking is applied. Control of signals is performed by two differential analog inputs for programming of set points, where each has an operative range of up to 10 V differential input, 20k ohms bias resistance. The common mode voltage range for the application inputs is plus or minus ten volts and the method update rate is one hundred and sixty-two point five microseconds.
