Product Description
The SERVOSTAR-606-AS-FAN is a highly efficient servo amplifier characterized by high motor accuracy in complex industrial applications. The differential input voltage of the system is ~ 10 V and has a 14-bit accuracy making it acceptable for control purposes. The system has a lead loop resistance of 159.81/2/km and encompasses a maximum cable capacitance of 60nF/km that can be reduced to 30nF/km for some specific applications. The amplifier has GRAY code functional capability for binary digit input and contains a holding brake that only comes on when the motor is stationary further boosting safety at off motion stance of the machine.
The other features available in the SERVOSTAR 606-AS-FAN include compensation for input drift which may happen after a given period of time or given temperature changes and thermal ageing of the analog inputs. The device is manufactured to take control of alternating current mode parameters peak current (Ipeak) and I and RMS continuous current (Irms) which are highly sensitive in the operation of motors. It is possible to change the sensitivity of the control loop by altering the parameter Kp, proportional gain of the control loop. Resistors of 120 ohm, 1% metal film tolerance and 0.25 W power rating for example are also provided in the amplifier mass.
The servo amplifier of the fans electrical drive, the SERVOSTAR 606-AS-FAN, provides feedback using encoders with EnDat or HIPERFACE interfaces, such as the ECN1313, EQN1325 encoders, for high performance positioning and smooth operation of the motor. The thermostat contact of the motor is connected through the encoder
cable to the X1 connector where the assessment takes place. For mounting situations requiring cable lengths greater than 50 meters, the customer service should be contacted in order to provide effective operations. The frequency limit for channel A and channel B is 350kHz.
