Product Description
In applications where higher degree of control and safety are required, the SERVOSTAR-403M-C is an efficient and reliable servo amplifier designed for harsh industrial environments. This device operates on a 120/230V AC supply voltage with a current consumption of 0.9/0.6A depending on voltage input. It is the voltage that is the most critical factor. There are not many power sources available, which means the amplifier has to support both 50Hz and 60Hz frequency in order not to restrict the marketplace. The primary fusing is rated at 3.15 amperes, it is designed to supply 24V output with an accuracy of + or 1 % variation. Furthermore, it has a maximum output current of five amperes. In addition, the safety and reliability of the device is enhanced by virtue of its design to withstand short circuits.
Due to its normal operational capability within the temperature range of 0 to +60 degrees Celsius, SERVOSTAR 403M-C is able to be used in a wide variety of conditions one encounters in industries. It is therefore vertically fitted on the DIN rail, to ensure that there is enough ventilation, and there must be fifty millimeters of open space above and fifty millimeters below the bridge.
Compliance with ul standards (country America) and cUl (country Canada) has been met with resolving servo amplifier in the UL file number E217428. As well as it meets the underwriters laboratory 840 and 508C which are standards for electrically propels power conversion equipment in America and Canada respectively. In AGD, compliance of SERVOSTAR 403M-C to these standards is ensured by independent UL inspections as well as recurrent evaluations. These standards are meant to the extent possible that the SERVOSTAR 403M-C shall be designed to avoid a risk of causing fire, electric shock and injuries due to mechanical structural failure.
