The SERVOSTAR-403A-CA is a really unique and highly durable servo amplifier that has been specifically designed to improve the performance and safety of industrial automation systems. This model is good for high accuracy in current, speed, and position. As a safety feature the SERVOSTAR 403A-CA is provided with SIL2 Safe Torque Off (STO) function built in within its design. This device is a safety feature as it prevents operators from accidentally restarting the motor but it also increases the machines readiness for operation as the time lost in such operations is less. The fact that the amplifier also supports several motor types such as synchronous servomotors, direct drives (rotary and linear), induction machines, high frequency motors, and DC motors indicates its wide application scope.
