The S403M-SE is a Kollmorgen digital servo amplifier. It falls under the S400 category featuring a current rating of 3Arms, a master module function and a SERCOS expansion option. It has a rated supply voltage of 115V to 230V, 35W dissipation at rated current, and a maximum and minimum load inductance of 75mH and 12mH respectively. If used in unfavorable environments, you can hook an additional electrical fan to allow the S403M-SE to achieve rated power. The electrical connection will happen automatically. Ensure that you leave ample space below the amplifier for uninterrupted airflow. Avoid touch any part of the servo amplifier after switching it off since it might hold lethal voltage. Leave it for 5 minutes for the capacitors to discharge. Use only provided cables when making electrical connections. For peace of mind, it has a one year warranty.
