The S4036M-CA is a digital servo amplifier manufactured by Kollmorgen. It has a continuous current rating of 3 ARMS. With an input voltage rating of up to 230 Volts AC, the amplifier perfectly fits into the existing industrial power supply network. With approvals from the Underwriters Laboratories, the S4036M-CA is designed and manufactured in accordance with set international guidelines consequently preparing it for the global stage. Due to its high performance, it can accommodate a wide range of industrial applications with wiring to and from the amplifier meant to be done using copper wires that are capable of withstanding a temperature of between 60 degrees Celsius and 75 degrees Celsius.

The Kollmorgen S4036M-CA is designed as a master module with a capacity to accommodate a maximum of 7 axis modules. For optimal operation, the Kollmorgen SERVOSTAR master module must be mounted and operated in environments with a temperate not exceeding 45 degrees Celsius and not falling below 0.0 degrees Celsius. To avoid power derating, the drive should not be operated at an altitude exceeding 1000 meters.
