Product Description
The S30661-NA-601-V070 servo amplifier from Kollmorgen is intended for use along with the brushless motors from the manufacturer. When the amplifier is disassembled, the connectors must be removed. The potential earth connection must be removed at the very end. To demount and remove the device, the fastening screws should be loosened. To re-form the capacitors when this product is stored for over a year, the electrical connections must be removed and single-phase 230VAC must be applied for about half an hour to L1 and L2 terminals. The amplifier has a thermal dissipation of 12V when the output stage is disabled.
The servo amplifier has a vibration of Class 3M2 in accordance with IEC 60529 specifications. The device should not be used on asymmetrically grounded supplies that have a voltage of more than 230 volts. It must also not be connected directly to non-grounded supply networks. When the S30661-NA-601-V070 servo amplifier is decommissioned, the main switch must be blocked and the main switch of the switchgear cabinet must be switched off. The servo amplifier must be put into its casing only after half an hour of cleaning it. The tightening torque for field wiring terminals of this product ranges between 0.5Nm to 0.6Nm.
This servo amplifier is suitable for PLd based on ISO 13849-1 specifications and SIL CL 2 in accordance with IEC 62061 specifications. The amplifier comes along with X0, X3, X4 and X8 mating connectors, a printed S300 safety guide and electronic documentation on CD-ROM in PDF format. The CD-ROM also contains the DRIVEGUI.EXE setup software. The power section uses an IGBT module featuring a floating current measurement at the output stage. The device has a permitted switch on/off frequency of 1/h and a residual voltage drop of 4V at rated current. The S30661-NA-601-V070 amplifier can be sent to any address across the globe with a one-year warranty.
