Servostar 300 is Kollmorgen’s minimal maintenance digital servo amplifiers series.

Servostar 300 series are fully compatible with linear positioners and rotary servomotors. They also provide a single solution to a wide variety of applications. The S30361-EI is part of the Servostar 300 series. This servo drive amplifier has a current rating of 3A rms and a voltage rating of between 110-230V. It also has integral mains filter and all shield connections are directly connected to the amplifier. The S30361-EI DC-link circuits have an optional parallel connection capability and are fully programmable through a RS232 interface. It also has different positioning options which include register control, daily chained tasks, speed profiles and several types of reference transverses.  The S30361-EI has 2 programmable analog inputs, 4 programmable digital inputs and 2 programmable digital outputs.

The S30361-EI has an integrated Safe Torque off (STO) option that is fully certified and suited for SIL CL 2 as per IEC 62061. Single-phase supply operation is also possible in this servo amplifier. It has different safety features which include overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection and soft start. If Kollmorgen’s motors and cables are used with the S30361-EI, temperature monitoring can also be done. The S30361-EI comes with fully adjustable digital speed controller with integrated position controller and adaption possibilities for many different applications. The recommended operational air temperature is between 0˚C to 40˚C with a relative humidity of 85% (no condensation).
