The S30101-PN is a high-performing digital servo amplifier produced by Kollmorgen. The device is compact, versatile, and easy to use. The unit uses DRIVEGUI.EXE as its setup software. DRIVEGUI.EXE can run under WINDOWS 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. It must be noted that only well-qualified personnel are allowed to perform tasks such as transport, assembly, setup, operation, and maintenance of the servo amplifier. The qualified personnel should know and observe IEC 60364 / IEC 60664 and national accident prevention regulations while performing such tasks. The delivery package of the S300 servo amplifier comes with the unit, mating connectors X0, X3, X4, X8, a S300 safety guide (printed), electronic documentation on CD-ROM (in pdf format), and the setup software DRIVEGUI.EXE on CD-ROM. The nameplate is attached to the side of the product. The device has a current rating of 1.5 Arms and a voltage rating of 208 to 480 V. The ambient operating temperature of the unit is 0?C to 40?C. It is vital that the servo amplifier is earthed safely to the protective earth busbar in the switch cabinet. Personal protection cannot be guaranteed without low-resistance earthing. The servo amplifier must not be modified without permission from the manufacturer. If the user opens the housing of the device, all the certificates become invalid, and the warranty becomes void. In general, the unit does not require maintenance. The casing of the servo amplifier can be cleaned using isopropanol or a similar cleaning solution.
