This S200 servo drive series unit weighs 4.5 kg and features advanced control specifications tailored for optimized motor management. It supports commutation loops with a maximum commutation frequency of 400 Hz and produces sinusoidal output waveforms. The current loop update rate is 62.5 μs (16 kHz) with a bandwidth of 2000 Hz to ensure fast response times. The velocity loop offers a resolution of 1 rpm for serial inputs and adjustable speed scaling for analog inputs. The position loop achieves an update rate of 500 μs (2 kHz) to ensure precision control for position critical tasks. The drive’s connectivity is supported through I/O Connectors (C3) with 14 bit resolution analog inputs and a differential voltage range of -10 V to +10 V. The analog input maintains a sensitivity of 1.53 mV/min and a long term drift of 100 ppm/°C to ensure stable operation under varied environmental conditions. The model’s fault output relays handle up to 1 A at 24 VDC while configurable digital outputs support voltages up to 48 V.
