Product Description
Kollmorgen drives and motors have revolutionized industrial motion control. Kollmorgen servo drives are versatile and can be interfaced with a variety of motors. By supporting real world tuning tools, these servo drives allow engineers to easily use filters. This can help reduce the occurrence of common mechanical problems such as load matching and vibration. To keep up with the technology involving industrial drives, Kollmorgen created products which are capable of high control loop update rates. Their drives high resolution feedback systems utilize the most of motor to drive technology.
The Kollmorgen S20360-VTS-021 supports an operating altitude of not more than 1500 meters. For optimal performance, the drive supports an operating temperature of between 0.0 degrees Celsius and 40.0 degrees Celsius. When not in use, Kollmorgen drives are designed to withstand a minimum storage temperature of between a minimum of -35 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 85 degrees Celsius. Whether in operation or stored, the S20360-VTS-021 supports a non-condensing relative humidity of between 10 percent and 90 percent. The S20360-VTS-021 is part of the Kollmorgen S200 series of servo drives. Drives in this family accommodate S200 tools software installation. These tools support Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP, Windows 2000 (service pack 2), Windows XP embedded, and Windows NT4 (service pack 6) operating systems.
The S20360-VTS-021 is an analog velocity/torque base drive with an input voltage of either 120 Volts AC or 240 Volts AC supplied from either a single phase or a three phase voltage source. When the drive is powered from a three phase power source at 240 Volts AC, it has a rated continuous power of 1100 Watts and 500 Watts when powered from a single phase power source at 240 Volts AC.
