Product Description
The S20350-SDS servo drive model by Kollmorgen sets new standards in precision control. This compact and powerful product is perfect for various applications, including woodworking, electronic assembly, and semiconductor fabrication, ensuring optimal machine performance and efficiency.
The servo drive unit is designed and developed by Kollmorgen with state-of-the-art motion control features. This model is intended to be used in conjunction with lower power applications such as semiconductor fabrication, electronic assembly, packaging, medical, and wood working devices. It is recommended to be used with Danaher Motion?s AKM servo motors. Having a compact construction, this modern drive unit permit installation into the tight spaces. The drive operates with AC and DC currents supplied from a stable power unit. This model is engineered to function with AC 120/240 VAC or DC 20-90 VDC with current rating of 1.5 ARMS. It provides an option card which adds support for EnDat interfaces accommodating single-turn and multi-turn absolute rotary or linear encoders. The S20350 model is a UL recognized servo drive with CE marking and conforms to EN50178 standards. The original S200 family includes lead in the soldering.
The S200 series by Kollmorgen comes with SynqNet option card and Micro-D connectors. The model number is mentioned on each motor for easy identification. Unless otherwise specified, these specifications are worse-case limits and are applicable over recommended ambient conditions i.e. temperature, humidity, elevation. The servo drive offers two types of start-up user guide based on the SynqNet drive option. To setup the device, user must install S200 tools software followed by the hardware setup. S200 communication wizard is necessary before motor feedback configuration. Remember to save these options before starting the operation.
