Product Description
The entrance of Kollmorgen into the automation industry brought a new way of running applications used in metalworking, intelligent hydraulics, precise geometry three dimensional cutting, and metal additive manufacturing. Kollmorgen servo drives 3 times more diagnostic control times for every five seconds at the rated continuous current. These drives have a power rating of between a maximum of 50,000 Watts and a minimum of 300 Watts of continuous duty power output. With an increased rate peak operation, Kollmorgen servo drives are capable to be deployed in applications that require smaller servo drives.
The Kollmorgen S20330-SRS is a servo drive in the S200 series. The drive has a SynqNet option card to facilitate an easy connection to the SynqNet network. SynqNet is an upgrade to the Ethernet network and is designed with synchronous network technology with high performance multi-axis motion control applications in mind. The S20330-SRS supports network connection through an RJ45 connection. For the input voltage, the drive’s operating voltage ranges from 20 Volts DC to 90 Volts DC. The minimum peak current time for the drive at 0.0 ARMS start from 3.0 seconds while its peak output current at an ambient temperature of between a 0.0 degrees Celsius and 50.0 degrees Celsius is rated at 9.0 ARMS.
The Kollmorgen S20330-SRS servo drive is among the first all-digital drives with a velocity loop bandwidth of up to 800 Hertz. The S20330-SRS provides one of kind system throughput and supports simplified tuning. The drive has SFD/Halls feedback support. Note that the drives reliability and or package size does not interfere with its performance.
