Product Description
Kollmorgen provides global assistance in the manufacturing and maintenance of cost-effective CPU modules, synchronous motors, and RSM I/O modules for various industrial sectors.
The 502-03994-11 model represents the modern technology of Kollmorgen. The model is specially designed to operate at the maximum operating speed of 50 MHz and the unit uses an RS232 interface for developing communication with the external devices. The CPU module comes with an ARCNET interface and I/O expansion communication for performing real-time communication with the devices and it also supports peer-to-peer communication capability. While operating in conjunction with the I/O modules in the PiC900 rack, the module should be installed in the second slot of the PiC900 rack. The model takes AC 110 – 230 V power from the main voltage line and converts it into the DC link voltage. The dc-link voltage (+5V, +15V, and -15V) is then supplied to operate the respective modules. The unit is also used to check the battery in the CMS and a diagnostic test has been carried out by this module. The CPU module should be mounted under the ambient temperature range of +7 to +55 degree Celsius, without derating.
The model 502-03994-11 comes with 8 status LEDs that help in diagnosing errors and displaying the operating status of the module. The CPU module comes in a Turbo design and is highly recommended by our international clients. The unit should only be operated according to the prescribed instructions. The staff should know the emergency stop procedure and do not operate damaged equipment. The CPU module is used to integrate the hardware and software elements. The application, RAM, and user memory of the unit are 512K, 256K, and 64K. The unit 502-03994-11 is available to order at Wake Industrial.
