The P60660-SDN-001 belongs to the P6000 series of stepper motor drives used for controlling a two-phase stepper motor. The stepper motor drives, Indexer or Pulse generator, and Motor together form a Motor Control System. These are easy to use as they do not require any pre-programming. It uses switches that allow the user to select the current output up to 5.7 Arms, 8.0 Apeak and they work at 120/240 VAC (volt alternating current) Input or 160/320 VDC (voltage direct current) Bus. These drives are safe because they use isolated power supplies and prevent the direct flow of current between the input and output. These drives ensure precise positioning and consistent torque. They use the idle current reduction function that reduces electricity consumption and cost.

The P60660-SDN-001 is optimized for enhanced POWERPAC. These drives must be stored in a clean and dry place. They must be stored at a temperature between -10°C and 70°C and humidity not greater than 90%. They work best with the Kollmorgen POWERPAC and POWERMAX II Motors. These drives come with two LEDs that show the drive status by using color codes. These LEDs also help the user to analyze the condition and health of the motor. Prolonged exposure to dust, oily mist, and corroding air reduces the effectiveness and life-span of these drives.
