The P60660-SDN-000 of the P6000 Series is a stepper motor drive from Kollmorgen, a company that is renowned for linear actuators, motors, drives, AGV Systems and many other products.  A two-phase circuit characterizes this drive.  From its rated input power supply of 120/240 VAC (160/320 VDC), the unit can deliver an output current of between 0.3 and 5.7 Arms. It is rated at 660 watts maximum input power and has 8.0Amps peak current rating. The ideal operating conditions for this item are 0̊C to 40̊C and 90%, for temperature and maximum ambient humidity, respectively. The ambient air should be non-corrosive and free from oily mist and dust.     

The stepper motor drive weighs in at 1.26kg if you include the motor, line and in/out mating connectors.  It must connect to the double pin regeneration connector and 50 Watt/40 Ohm resistor to prevent damage at high load inertia and high-speed applications. It is designed for standard POWERPAC stepper motors with a rotor inertia range of 0.0017 to 0.1546 oz-in-sec2 and Holding Torque of 109 to 2,923 oz.-in. Note that some motors cannot run safely at or over 160 VDC. Drive power cycling must accompany any motor selection change. Cycling is also required in case of alterations in step size, current switch, idle current reduction switch, anti-resonance switch and position of SW13/SW14/SW14.
