The MMC-SD-2.0-230-D is a digital MMC smart drive produced by the company. The drive receives motion commands via a digital link and is used for advanced motion control applications in the industry. This MMC drive provides a high continuous power output and comes with a 230 VAC system. The installation process is greatly simplified because of the plug-and-play cable sets and the integral power supply unit. The device is equipped with PicPro that is a single point programming solution for complete machine control. With the Pic Pro software, users have the most flexible tool for motion application programming available. Motion instructions are very simple to use (as simple as timers and ladder logic counters). PicPro offers single-point programming for process, communications, motion, logic, and data management.

The MMC-SD-2.0-230-D has a 10 A continuous current and comes with a peak current of 7.5 A. This model has assignable digital inputs and also comes with four 24 V DC optically isolated outputs which are short-circuit protected. A single relay output is also provided for brake control. This model also has a secondary feedback system that is an incremental encoder. A 24 V DC input for control power is also provided which is independent of the power section line voltage input. This MMC drive is able to auto-tune and automatically detect load inertia for simple servo tuning. The device allows users to choose from three standard motor families for getting an exact fit for the application. For maintaining drive control power while line voltage is removed, a 24 VDC drive control power control is also embedded in this model.
