The LSM100-46-454-E2-OKA Kollmorgen brushless servomotor is connected to the belt in which it is mounted using a torsionally rigid coupler. This coupler must be tight to ensure that it does not slip and cause instability or any damage to the shaft. The tightening belt and coupling of this product have to be checked for proper alignment so that it does not have any significant bearing load. The device is used for high-duty cycle applications. The rotor magnets of the unit render high acceleration and deceleration as required. The product features peak torque and high acceleration. The device has an overall length of 295mm.
The maximum radial load pertaining to the brushless motor should at no point in time be exceeded. The lifespan of its bearing tends to get reduced due to contamination of the bearing grease from external sources. The torque constant of the device is used to control its speed. The unit can be used worldwide because of its CE certification. The product portrays a voltage constant of 103V/kRPM. The motor weighs 13.9lbs. The device incorporates a unique stator design that offers optimal thermal transfer.
