Product Description
The BH-626-E-41 is a Kollmorgen Goldline motor that is a staple in most factories since it provides optimum value and performance in a wide range of applications. It comprises high energy rear earth neodymium-iron-boron magnets that provide exceptional continuous torque performance. Its thermal design allows for high acceleration capabilities in a compact design. It is combined with SERVOSTAR digital amplifier to provide high-performance motion control. The amplifier makes setting up the servo system an easy task. The integrated permanent magnets offer high torque and power density. This type performs similarly to the B series of Goldline motors at 400/480 VAC.
The major features of the BH-626-E-41 include a class H insulation to allow use in high-temperature levels. Rear shaft extension, UL recognition which mitigates the need for re-certification of components, and a resolver or encoder feedback. As a low inertia motor, it becomes suitable for applications that require high acceleration and deceleration. Some of the options available include a fail-safe brake, NEMA mountings, and mating connectors, front-mounted gearheads, and an IP 67 sealing. The SERVOSTAR amplifier comes with three algorithms and a self-tuning functionality. They enable high-performance operation.
The features of the servo control include precision torque control thanks to the precision balanced current loops, fully digital control loops, robust design, and easy connectivity. The algorithms include Pole Placement, PI, and PDFF. To enable easy setup of the servo system, the BH-626-E-41 comprises of the MOTIONLINK software designed for Windows OS. It enables novices and professionals to quickly set-up and fine-tune the system. The software features a PC Oscilloscope, direct terminal mode, and monitor mode for exceptional monitoring of the system.
