The B-604-C-B1 is a servo motor from the GOLDLINE series. The motor is a very suitable platform for controlling the speed and position of equipment. The motor has been designed to function in aggressive ambient conditions and comes with an explosion-proof design. This enables the motor to give an unhindered performance in aggressive industrial environments. This model produced an 8.6 kW power and can reach a top speed of 4300 rpm. The B-604-C-B1 has an integrated electromagnetic fail safe brake for user and equipment safety. The brake comes with a 48 Nm holding torque. The motor is capable of emergency braking and static parking because of the fail-safe brake. This motor is equipped with a low inertia rotor that enables rapid acceleration and deceleration. Low inertia motors have excellent dynamic properties and are capable of rapid-paced start-stop applications.

The B-604-C-B1 comes with class H insulation materials. The motor's armature is insulated with class H insulation materials that allow it to operate at very high temperatures. Class H insulation materials allow the motor to sustain temperatures as high as 180 ᵒC. The servo motor is capable of highly precise position control because of its state of the art brushless resolver. The resolver continuously sends corrective signals to the closed-loop feedback system that adjusts the position and speed values in real time. The motor has a 114.8 A peak current and a 33.6 Nm continuous torque can be extracted from the motor’s power shaft. The B-604-C-B1 comes with an IP 65 protection degree and can be upgraded to IP 67 standards by using a sealing ring.
