Product Description
Kollmorgen’s Iron core water-cooled motors series has many direct drive linear motors listed among the very best. They come with the latest advancements and technologically superior to the usual servo motors, and are a preferred choice all over the world.
The IC22030A1P1 has the rated peak force performance of 630 N (or 142 lbf) with the Continuous Force @ Tmax as 519 N (117 (Lbf). Designed to operate with the peak current value of 13.8 Amps and continuous current @Tmax of 9.9 Amps, and electrical resistance or 3.1 Ohms (@ 25°C±10%) it offers high versatility and adaptability. Its mechanical specifications include the coil assembly weight of 4.8 Kg (or 10.6) with a variation of ±15%. It is built on single side magnetic placements with the Magnetic Way Type labeled as MC030 which weighs merely 5.4 Kg/m or 0.30 lb/in. It has a high-temperature tolerance with the maximum Allowable Coil Temp as high as 130°C. To maintain it within the ambient limit the minimum rate of coolant flow at 25°C max temperature is maintained at 2.8 liters/min which keeps it working at maximum efficiency.
The IC22030A1P1 is made using the best of materials and adhering to the highest safety norms. It has anti-cogging construction which leads to lesser, almost negligible breakdowns and gives a virtually maintenance-free performance. A thermostat controls the temperature limits and external leads on the innovatively placed connector make connectivity an easy task. Like all other rotary DDL motors, it is mounted flat and coupled to the load directly. This has ensured that the design is lightweight as the number of transmission-based mechanical parts is lesser than conventional servo motor. This contributes to its compactness, and being lightweight it gives a silent, noise-free performance.
