The part number H42RCFT-LNK-NS-00 belongs to the standard hybrid series of step motors. The hybrid step motor model features 4.2-inche frame size that meets NEMA 42 standards. This step motor by Kollmorgen features high torque, ranging between 7.90 – 11.66 Nm. It also features a heavy duty front end bell that meets the NEMA standards. The hybrid step motor has MS connector for extra durability and secure connectivity. The F-designation makes it a versatile step motor since it features 8-lead winding that can be connected in 4-lead bipolar (series or parallel) or 6-lead unipolar formation. The terminal board and MS connector also follows NEMA standards of connection. The step motor has been designed to generate maximum torque at low speed. The H42RCFT-LNK-NS-00 step motor features laminated rotor, and a single shaft with straight key. Although, feedback is not built-in, option is available to connect an encoder.

The low-speed high torque step motor by Kollmorgen features rated current of 7.9 amps DC and phase resistance of 0.41 ohms. Meanwhile, its rotor inertia is 0.1600.
