The H33HRFA-LNK-NS-00 is a step motor from Kollmorgen. It has a NEMA 34 frame size, three rotor stacks, and a regular/leadwire construction. The motor features a laminated rotor type to minimize induced currents that circulate inside the motor and increase efficiency at high speeds. As part of the Kollmorgen hybrid step motors, the H33HRFA-LNK-NS-00 has a high efficiency, low loss, and features a conventional round-frame. Also, Kollmorgen hybrid steppers can be tailored to fit any in-plant specification. The H33HRFA-LNK-NS-00 has a rated operating temperature of between -20 degrees Celsius and 40 degrees Celsius. Kollmorgen advises that the motor should not be used in an industrial environment with high humidity.
For control, the H33HRFA-LNK-NS-00 supports Kollmorgen stepper drives and Kollmorgen indexers. These drives and indexers offer superior motion control functionalities and performance features. The motor has its holding torque rated at between 1.2 N-m and 6.47 N-m while its frame size follows NEMA specifications. The motor has an insulation resistance of 100 mega Ohms at a temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and a voltage of 500 Volts DC. Note that Kollmorgen stepper motors fall in the NEMA Class B insulation class whose temperature stands at 130 degrees Celsius, are UL recognized and CE marked.
The H33HRFA-LNK-NS-00 can be connected to provide rotary motion (direct drive), rotary motion (belt drive), linear motion (leadscrew drive), or tangential motion (direct drive). The motor weighs 7.6 kilograms, has a rotor inertia of 0.176 Kgm (squared)X 10 (cubed), and a thermal resistance rating of 2.0 degrees Celsius per Watt. Note that the thermal resistance is measured with the motor hanging in still air.
