Product Description
Kollmorgen manufactures both special-purpose and general-purpose hybrid stepper motors. The special-purpose hybrid stepper motors possess rotor hybrids with low inertia and can be used for special applications. These motors are known to produce the highest acceleration rate and are only available with NEMA 23 frame. Additionally, these motors have a broad range of special winding as well as industry-standard configurations for matching their performance to an individual's applications. Moreover, the special purpose hybrid stepper motors have a warranty of one year and feature Sigmax flux focusing technology. The flux focusing technique of these motors increases their torque. The special-purpose motors are available with options such as shaft extension selection, encoder, terminal board connections, end bell, and splash-proof construction. These options are pivotal in meeting the needs of the user.
On the other hand, general-purpose hybrid stepper motors have a warranty of one year and are available with options such as splash-proof construction, encoder, end bell, shaft selection, and terminal board connections. The general purpose hybrid stepper motors also feature NEMA 42, 34, and 23 frames. This offers an individual a broad selection depending on the requirements of his or her applications. These motors also feature Sigmax technology and UL recognized models for the increment of torque and safety as well as acceptability respectively.
The conventional hybrids are among the general-purpose stepper motors. These hybrids are available in either Sigmax or standard configurations. The H31NRFB-LNN-NS-00 stepper motor is one of the conventional hybrids. This stepper motor has a single shaft configuration and its rotor is laminated. Additionally, the H31NRFB-LNN-NS-00 stepper motor has 8 leads and 1 stack rotor. Moreover, this hybrid stepper motor features a flat shaft modification.
