Kollmorgen's H31NRFA-LNN-NS-00 2 rotor stack step motor can be connected either in a parallel, unipolar, or series manner, depending on the windings or leads designation on the model code.

This step motor has a holding torque ranging between 1.21 to 1.71 Nm +/- 10% and a detent torque estimated to be 0.062 Nm. This motor's rated current 4.1 to 8.2 Amps DC while the phase resistance is 0.14 to 0.50 Ohms +/-10%. The phase inductance of this unit is estimated to be 1.1 to 4.5 Mh and the unit’s thermal resistance is 3.90C/watts and the rotor moment of inertia is 0.0593x 10-3 Kgm. This unit's net weight is estimated to be 1.45kgs. During operation of the unit, you should ensure that the ambient temperature does not exceed 400C. Also, you should maintain the rated current as recommended to avoid unit demagnetization. If you need to measure the thermal resistance, make sure there are no cross winds, the air is calm, and the motor is unmounted.
