Product Description
The CR10661 is a 10 Amps rated drive amplifier. It is designed and manufactured by Kollmorgen and forms part of the Servostar product line. Input voltage rating of the amplifier is 230 Volts AC. Only three-phase AC systems can be connected to the amplifier input. The CR10661 is designed for 24 Volts DC external logic power. The control interface on the amplifier is SERCOS. Technical specifications for the input side of the CR10661 include 4.6 kVA input power, 13 Amps continuous current, 26 Amps peak current for 500 milliseconds and 26 Amps peak current for 2 seconds. The voltage range for external logic power is 22 to 27 Volts DC. The logic input current is 1.5 amps which can surge to 2.6 Amps. Specifications for the output side of the amplifier include 3.5 kVA output power at 45 degrees Celsius, 10 Amps continuous current and 20 Amps peak current for 500 milliseconds.
The undervoltage trip threshold for the CR10661 is 90 Volts DC. The overvoltage trip threshold is set to 430 Volts DC. The overtemperature trip threshold is set at 80 degrees Celsius. The rated internal heat dissipation for an operating CR10661 amplifier is 132 Watts. Optimal performance requires 5 to 45 degrees Celsius temperature, altitudes of less than 1000 meters and non-non-condensing relative humidity between 10 and 90%. The atmosphere should not contain corrosive gases or dust. Unused Servostar amplifiers should be stored at ambient temperatures lying between 0 and 70 degrees Celsius. The CR10661 amplifier supports resolver feedback. Depending upon requirements, the Servostar amplifiers can also be ordered with encoder or sine encoders. Proper and safe operation of Servostar amplifiers requires installation by qualified personnel.
