Product Description
The CR10250 is a state-of-the-art industrial drive controller produced by Rexroth Indramat to carry out automation control in the industrial servo system. This servo drive features novel designs that make it very flexible and compatible with different industrial machines. The CR10250 is also an environmentally friendly system that contains a high amount of metallic materials that can be easily recycled and used to manufacture new industrial accessories after the device's usefulness as a servo drive has been exhausted. This servo drive is manufactured according to the IP20 protection class; thus, it is important for the servo drive to be installed in an additional enclosure that meets at least the IP54 protection class.
The input voltage required by this servo drive for its closed-loop control is about 230 volts, while the line frequency is about 47 to 63 Hertz. The CR10250 servo drive also contains a line fuse with a rating of 15 ohms; this fuse helps protect the controller's power circuit from damages caused by sudden electrical surges. Also, the rated current required by this servo drive is 13 Amperes; however, the drive can also work with an input current as high as 26 amperes for a duration of about 500 milliseconds.
In order to protect the integrity of this servo drive, operators should ensure the drive is not operated in an environment that contains a high amount of dust and corrosive gases, as these substances can cause rapid degeneration of important electrical components of the servo drive. The permissible ambient temperature range for this industrial controller fall between 5 to 45 degree Celsius while the maximum installation height of the controller is 1000 meters above sea level.
