The CR03302 model is specially developed by Kollmorgen to provide high performance under unfavorable ambient conditions. The model should only operate an AC servo motor manufactured by Danaher Motion. For high operational stability, operate this servo amplifier according to the mounting and operating conditions specified in the CD documentation. The servo amplifier is designed to operate at the rated temperature range of +5 to +45 degree Celsius at the maximum humidity of 90%, without condensation. A completely protected metallic enclosure is required to install this module and make sure that the surrounding air must be free from reactive gases and ingress of dust. The minimum allowable distance should be left at the sides of the unit for sufficient heat loss. The servo amplifier can operate at a single/three-phase power source with the input voltage requirement of 110 – 230 V. The model delivers the rated current of 3 A to the attached motor and the PWM frequency of the module is 16 kHz. The servo amplifier has an overall weight of 1.61 kg, excluding the weight of mounting and accessories.

The model CR03302 supplies the continuous power of 0.35 kVA (at 1φ) and 0.55 kVA (at 3φ) while operating at an input voltage of 115 VAC and at the rated voltage of 230 VAC the model delivers the rated power of 0.7 kVA (at 1φ) and 1.1 kVA (at 3φ). The Undervoltage and overvoltage trip values for this servo amplifier are 90 VDC and 430 VDC. The model consumes the peak current of 12.4/8 A for 2 seconds.
