Designed for direct mating with host machine, the CH063A-13-3305 is a direct drive type cartridge motor from Kollmorgen. Direct drive cartridge motors offer better flexibility and performance in challenging industrial environments. The CH063A-13-3305 consumes around 14.1 amperes of current while operating in continuous mode and produces approximately 61.0 N-m of torque at its rated voltages and speed. This motor can be operated at 400V or 480 V input voltages. For the safety of the motor, associated machine, and feeding drive, the integrated temperature monitoring sensors can be used for the construction of various active mitigation schemes.
At 480 Volts the CH063A-13-3305 can achieve a maximum speed of 1900 revolutions per minute and while operating at 400 V supply voltages it can achieve a speed of 1600 revolutions per minute maximum. This motor consists of a stator, stator, and feedback device. The built-in feedback device is a high-resolution sine encoder that can update the absolute position for controlling and monitoring. The speed and position feedbacks can be cabled to the drive controller. This particular model is not suitable for high-speed applications as it is designed for high torque applications.
This motor comes without a frame and bearings. The rotor, stator, and the winding of the motor are housed by a cartridge. the rotor of this motor is supported by the host machine`s bearing.
