The Kollmorgen AKMH53H-CCSNGE02 synchronous servomotor has a housing made of 1.4404 stainless steel. This product is designed to be operated with the manufacturer's AKD servo drive. The device is meant to be used with food-grade couplings for hygienic applications. This unit can be used for cutting, filling and packing foodstuffs without any direct contact with them. Its o-ring is designed as per EPDM standards. The motor must not be cleaned with a cleaning agent other than what is specified in its manual. This product can be cleaned by flushing water at a temperature of 40 °C to 50 °C with low pressure from the top to the bottom in the direction of the drain. This device transportation is to be done by taking care to ensure that there are no cuts on the tube. It must be checked for signs of visible damage before it is operated. The motor shaft and flange are highly vulnerable during storage and assembly. This device has an unlimited storage time when the manufacturer's storage instructions are followed.
