The AKM motors engineered by Kollmorgen are optimized to smooth performance with low-harmonic distortion magnets. These motors are brushless, and save cost and maintenance time. They can be ordered over a wide range of options and sizes. The AKM74Q-GN1NR-02 brushless servo motor is designed to have a 188mm flange size which comes with four standard holes for installation. It is advised to use recommended bolts and tightening torque for secure mounting of motor. The AKM74 brushless servo motor is designed with 4 rotor stacks. It is available with Q type winding. The mounting is designed as alternative to IEC standard, denoted by the alphabet ?G? in type code. The power is delivered through a smooth output shaft. This brushless servo comes without the brake. If needed, brakes should be mentioned while ordering. The AKM74 brushless servo motor is capable of producing 52.2 Nm of continuous torque while consuming a rated current of 26.1 A at stall TCS.
