The AKM72P-ACCNR-00 Kollmorgen synchronous servomotor can be mounted in three possible orientations. This product should not have liquid accumulation around the shaft with IM V3 style mounting. The device experiences a high radial force when it is driven via toothed belts or pinions. This unit has a tolerance class of N for its mounting flange. Its PTC is integrated into the monitoring system of the SERVOSTAR servo amplifier. The motor has a rated power of 4.49 kW at 230 VAC. This product has no holding brake. The device comes integrated with a keyway shaft. This unit has ten pole pairs and is of the standard size. Its shaft must be free of axial load as far as possible. The motor related electrical insulation is supposed to be done only after making sure that its switch cabinet is turned off. This product should be equipped with the correct EMC shielding and earthing as given in the manual of the connected servo amplifier. The device requires an earthing connection to be established for both its motor casing and mounting plate.
