The device comes with ball bearings, which should be replaced after 20,000 operating hours under rated conditions. The bearing noise should be checked every 2,500 operating hours. If there is any noise heard, the motor operation should be stopped, and the bearings should be replaced. The motor features winding type E and a smooth shaft. It comes with a Comcoder with 2048 PPR feedback system. The angular connectors of the motor are rotatable. It is important to ensure that the motor housing is earthed safely to the PE busbar in the switch cabinet. Personal protection is not guaranteed without low-resistance earthing. There is a risk of severe injury or death from electric shock. The absence of optical displays doesn’t mean that there is an absence of voltage. Even if the motor shaft isn’t rotating, power connections may carry voltage.
