Product Description
The AKM33H-ACC2R-00 synchronous servomotor from Kollmorgen houses a flange mounted in accordance with IEC standards and a tolerance class of N. The motor has a three-phase winding that is driven by the servo amplifier. This product supports a maximum radial load of 195 N and a maximum axial load of 65 N at the shaft end at a speed of 3000 min-1. This device has a peak current that is determined by the servo amplifier and is about four times the rated current. The unit assembly and wiring must be done only in the de-energized state. It has high electric voltage on its connectors when the motor is in operation.
This motor has a keyway shaft that is balanced by a short or half key. The product can be installed only in machinery for which a risk assessment or hazard analysis is done and necessary steps have been implemented to prevent unfavorable injury or damage because of unforeseen movements. This device must be checked to see that its surface has cooled to a temperature below 40 ?C before touching it. The unit housing must have a safe earth connection to the protective busbar in the switch cabinet.
This servomotor related permanent magnets are made using neodymium-iron-boron magnetic materials. The product can be commissioned and used very easily. This device may pose dangerous results if its key gets thrown out due to centrifugal forces. The unit portrays plug-and-play motor recognition and full-frequency autotuning on AKD servo drives from the same manufacturer. Its resolver cable has a diameter of 7.7 mm and a bending radius of 70 mm along with a capacitance of less than 120 pF/m.
