The AKM32H-ACCNDA00 Kollmorgen synchronous servomotor cannot be used without a SERVOSTAR digital servo amplifier by the same manufacturer. This product setup and assembly should be done only after reading and understanding the related documentation. This device assembly, installation, setup and transport can be done only by people who are aware of and observe the national regulations for accident prevention and safety. The unit can pose a risk of material damage or severe injury if its connectors are unplugged during operation. It renders no electrical safety without a proper low-resistance earth connection. This motor related fitted key of the shaft tends to get thrown out because of centrifugal forces if it is not removed prior to allowing an independent run of the motor. The product should be free of liquid penetration into the upper bearing with IM V3 style mounting. This device should never have a direct connection to the mains supply. The unit is never to be set up and used in areas where there is a possibility of an explosion hazard. Its three-phase winding is driven by the connected servo amplifier. This servomotor comprises an electrically isolated thermistor with a resistance of less than or equal to 550 Ohms or more than or equal to 1330 Ohms. This product is free of any holding brake fitting. The device must never have condensation on its surface during operation, transportation or storage. This unit is enameled in a RAL 9005 matt black finish. It portrays an oscillating action when the servo amplifier gain is too high. The motor has eight poles and this value must be set up correctly in the connected servo amplifier to avoid the possibility of motor damage.
