Product Description
The AKM32H-ACC2R-00 is a precision motor fitted with a keyway and a holding brake. This motor, which is part of Kollmorgen’s synchronous motors, has a standstill torque of 2.10 M 0 [Nm] and a rated speed of 1,200 n n [min -1 ] and comes fitted with a resolver. The keyway is cut into the shaft. Its work is to prevent the shaft from rotating on the bore and improves the torque transmission of the AKM32H-ACC2R. The holding brake makes the motor less than ideal for continuous operational breaking. While it comes pre-fitted with a resolver, you can consult the manufacturer beforehand to fit a feedback system of your choice. There are several options available, including a smart feedback device, camcorder with either a1024 PPR or 2048 PPR, AA, and AB, among others. To ensure the shaft and keyway last, you may want a shaft-seal installed.
Though the motor may be used in a busy environment, it should not be put under excessive stress. If you want to move your factory or change the motor’s location, make sure you handle it with care. Ensure the wiring connections are as described in the user manual since the AKM32H-ACC2R comes with a holding brake, some issues that may occur because of a faulty brake or brake cable. If the motor is not rotating, the problem may be an unreleased brake. If you notice the brake not working correctly, it may be faulty. If the brake is fitted in the resolver and you see an error message, the cable connecting the two may have crushed.
