The AKM21C-ANS2GB-03 is a DC brushless synchronous motor that is highly suitable for a variety of servo applications. Whether it’s the use of industrial robots or automation of machine tools, this motor from the AKM series proves to be an ideal choice. The AKM21C-ANS2GB-03 is a permanent magnet motor and uses a specially designed neodymium-iron-boron magnetic material that allows motor to effectively operate in a dynamic environment. At UN = 115 V, the motor has rated speed, rated torque and rated power of 2500 rpm, 0.46 Nm, and 0.12 kW respectively. At UN = 230 V, these values are 8000 rpm, 0.39 Nm, and 0.32 kW. The motor is designed according to the international protection standard IP65. The implementation of this standard ensures that the equipment is protected from dust and low-pressure water jets from all directions.
The rotor’s moment of inertia is 0.11 kgcm2. With a 0.82 kg weight, the motor’s performance remains unhindered in a temperature range of 5 ᵒC to 40 ᵒC. At a peak current of 6.3 A, the peak torque is 1.47 Nm and a 0.48 Nm torque can be applied to the motor shaft when the motor is in standstill mode.
