The motor has permanent magnets in its rotor. The rare earth neodymium-iron-boron magnetic material is a crucial factor in making it possible to dynamically drive the motor. The device has ball bearings with grease packing. The life of these bearings is 20,000 hours of operation under normal conditions, after which the bearings must be replaced. The motor should be checked for bearing noise every 2500 operating hours, respectively each year. If the user hears any noises, the operation of the servomotor should be stopped, and the bearings should be replaced. The AKM servomotor comes with a flange size of 40 mm and a rotor length of 2.
