Product Description

The AKI2G-CDB-MOD-12T-000 is an efficient Human Machine Interface (HMI) graphical display designed and manufactured by Kollmorgen to improve human-machine communication. It is a 2.6 kg interface with 340 x 242 x 57 mm mechanical size and 324 x 226 mm cut-out size. It is housed in a grey powder-coated aluminium casing and features a resistive, polyester-on-glass touch screen with ITO film. Its display is a 12.1” diagonal TFT-LCD type with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and an LED backlight of 400 cd/m² brightness. The LED backlight has a total lifetime of 50,000 hours and allows industrial dimming.

Kollmorgen also equipped the AKI2G-CDB-MOD-12T-000 with the modern i.MX6DualLite, a Dual Cortex-A9 processor with 512 kb L2 cache with a processing frequency of 1.0 GHz – which makes it fast and highly responsive. There are 2 ethernet ports on this device, both of which are the 1 x 10/100 Base-T (shielded RJ45) type. A ciX expansion module expansion port is also available with SD and SDHC ports and a 500mA rated USB 2.0 port. The power rating of the AKI2G-CDB-MOD-12T-000 is 28.8W, and its input voltage is rated at +24 V DC (18 to 32 V DC).

The AKI2G-CDB-MOD-12T-000 features a 1 GB RAM and flash memory space of 2 GB eMMC (with 1.5 GB dedicated to application storage). The ideal temperature for its operation is between -10^o C and 60^o C, and while in storage, the temperature should be maintained at a range between -20^o C and 70^o C. Non-condensed relative humidity should always be kept between 5 % and 85 %. Its front sealing matches IP 65 requirements, and at the back, it aligns with IP 20.
