Product Description

The AKD-T01207-ICAN-0000 servo drive produced by Kollmorgen adds simple BASIC programmability to a Base drive. This product comes equipped with an I/O option card featuring an SD card that supports SDSC or SDHC type SD cards as its extension option. The device has an extended width housing. This unit has four additional connectors that can be used to connect its I/O signals. It is associated with additional fault codes that begin with the F8 characters. The drive has 10 additional digital outputs with 20 VDC to 30 VDC floating voltage and maximum 100 mA current rating at its X23 or X24 connector. This product has two digital relay outputs with floating relay contacts. The device uses its SD card slot for activating file transfers between the drive and the memory card. This unit displays the SD card related four-character fault codes with the prefix E. Its B1 push-button can be pressed for five seconds after assigning the 10 setting to the rotary switches to load the data from the SD card. The drive portrays the content on its LED display in a blinking pattern for 20 seconds when the Blink button is pressed in the WorkBench software. The device has two pins for transmitting data and two pins for receiving data on its serial interface. This unit should have a static IP address when it is directly connected to a PC. It is possible to save data to the SD card by opting for the 11 setting for the rotary switches and pressing the B1 push-button for five seconds. This servo drive incorporates an analog fieldbus as its connectivity option for system optimization.
