Product Description
The AKD-P1207-NBPN-0000 digital Ethernet-based servo drive provided by Kollmorgen is designed to be used as a position indexer drive. This product is set up and programmed using the graphical user interface of its WorkBench software. The device offers the ability to command multiple motions. This unit can be associated with only triple-phase industrial power supply networks. It is not meant to be put to use in residential areas. The drive is equipped with a SIL 2 certified single-channel Safe Torque Off function in accordance with IEC 62061 specifications. This product comes integrated with an internal regen resistor and an EMC filter.
The device can be supplied with an auxiliary voltage from a safety approved external 24 VDC +/-10% power supply. This unit has no option card that could possibly affect its width. Its digital outputs feature protection against short circuit. The drive portrays a continuous current derating of 4% per Kelvin when the operating temperature ranges from 40 °C to 55 °C. This product is connected to a PROFINET network using its RJ-45 X11 connector that has two LEDs to highlight the communication status. The device has either a low state or a high state for its digital inputs. The unit uses a delay command to increase the time taken to execute a command or change its parameters.
This servo drive receives a digital pulse position command by means of electronic gearing. Its current limits are based on the drive ratings. The product can be enabled using one of the two ways available for the software enable. This device comes to a standstill in a controlled manner on the execution of the Controlled Stop command. The unit has an active current loop when it operates in the current torque mode. It supports different types of homing procedures.
