The AKD-P02407-NBCC-0000 Ethernet-based servo drive is a position indexer drive. This product setup is done using the WorkBench software with a graphical user interface. The device has no scope for extension. The unit comes with both EtherCAT and CANopen field connectors. It is possible to use only one fieldbus option at a time. This drive must always be mounted only in the vertical orientation. The unit comes with a standard housing. It has the ability to command multiple motions at a time. The product is characterized by a supply voltage of 3 x 240 VAC to 480 VAC. This device is designed to be used only with synchronous servomotors, linear motors and induction machines. The drive has a floating current measurement for the IGBT module present at the output stage of its power section. This unit incorporates an internal regen resistor and can also support the inclusion of an external regen resistor. Its Safe Torque Off function adheres to SIL 2 IEC 62061 standards. The product has a continuous output power of 16,000 W. This device is CE Certified, RoHS Compliant and cUL Listed. The unit has three control functions comprising Stop, Emergency Stop and Emergency Off functions. It is associated with several parameters to support its operation. This drive implements the different control functions by setting the DRV.DISMODE parameter to 2. The product installation must be done inside a control cabinet with its doors closed. This device should comply with the technical data and specifications on connection conditions as indicated by the manufacturer. The unit cannot be used for residential applications. Its installation should be done only in a machine for which the appropriate risk assessment has been made.
