The AKD-P01207-NCEI-0000 Ethernet-based servo drive produced by Kollmorgen has an Ethernet/IP connectivity option. This product must be operated within the permissible values for current and voltage ratings. This unit does not guarantee personnel protection without low-resistance earthing. Its heatsink temperature must be checked and confirmed that it is lower than 40 °C before it is touched. The drive must never be operated in a control cabinet with its doors left open. This product should be used without removing any of its built-in protective measures and keeping its covers intact. The device can be used with induction machines and linear and synchronous servomotors. This unit has a regen circuit in its power section that distributes the power generated dynamically among multiple drives associated with the same DC bus link circuit. Its FAULT contact must be wired in series with the emergency off circuit. The drive must encompass a protective earth connection in accordance with IEC 61800-5-1 specifications. This unit deploys an RJ-45 X11 connector with less than 100 V rating and 1 A current rating as its serial interface. Its voltage at the terminals must never be more than 10% of the rated value. The servo drive must be kept free of shock during its transportation process. This product has a peak output current rating of 30 Arms for 5 seconds with +/-3% tolerance. The device has an inbuilt fan for its ventilation. The unit may shut down on its own after indicating the F202 code on its LED display if it is very hot inside the control cabinet.
