Product Description

The AKD-P01207-NBS3-0000 Ethernet servo drive from Kollmorgen works like a position indexer. This product features the ability to add time delays and modify process variables. The device has a standard housing. This unit has a working electrical connection if the link LEDs on the RJ-45 connector of its serial interface and the Ethernet interface of the PC are illuminated in green color. Its WorkBench software is compatible with only selected Windows operating systems. The drive gets enabled automatically after its configuration through the Setup Wizard. This product displays the fault codes as three digits prefixed by the letter F. The device will not get enabled if its HW Enable signal is not wired to the pin 4 of its X8 connector. This unit has different functions for its rotary switches in different IP modes. Its rotary switches are located one below the other on the front panel. The product makes line and ring topologies possible in the associated SERCOS III network. The drive connection to the SERCOS network as a slave is established through the X5 and X6 RJ-45 connectors with two and one built-in LED. This unit needs a proper grounding connection to be established before it is put to use. It must adhere to the connections for its conditions and the technical data mentioned in the manual. The drive must be placed only on a conductive surface for the safety of its electrostatically sensitive components. This product portrays a leakage current of higher than 3.5 mA. This device depicts a waiting time of at least seven minutes after its power has been disconnected before its connections are removed. The unit should not undergo any modification of its hardware components.
