Product Description
The AKD-P01207-NACN-0052 has one analog output that can be configured through the X8 connector. This product uses its analog output to control the voltage output directly or select a different mode to output various signals. The device receives a digital pulse position command through an electronic gearing action. This unit uses programmable limit switches to turn its digital outputs on and off based on its position. It has three control functions as defined by IEC 60204 specifications. The drive supports a wide range of homing methods to accommodate the needs of the machine.
This product configuration can be set in different ways using the WorkBench software. The device is capable of executing macros by pressing a button in WorkBench. This unit supports up to five macros at a time. It displays the n137 warning code on the LED display when the configured homing mode is not supported by the motor feedback. This servo drive will not get enabled when the HW enable is not connected to the pin 4 of the X8 connector. The product related firmware can be downloaded from the Overview screen of its WorkBench software.
This device is meant to be connected only with motors that have Class F insulation in accordance with IEC 60085 specifications or higher. The unit supports a parallel connection of the DC bus link for dividing the regen power among all the drives connected to the DC bus link. It has separate differential inputs for analog control of position, velocity or torque. This drive power output generates an oscillating circuit with the motor winding and motor supply cable. The product depicts an input impedance of more than 13 kiloOhms for the analog input.
