The AKD-P01206-NBEC-0069 is a reliable servo drive from the house of Kollmorgen. The servo drive uses the WorkBench software to support its operation. The drive is robust, compact, and features industry-leading power density. The drive comes with EtherCAT connectivity option. It can be used in single-phase and triple-phase networks between 120 V and 240 V. The continuous output power of the drive is 4000 Watts. The product comes with a warning stating that it should be serviced only seven minutes after the user disconnects it from the main power supply. Before the drive is put to use, it should be checked for signs of defect or damage. The weight of the AKD servo drive is 2 kg, its height is 196 mm, and its depth is 187 mm. The bandwidth of its current controller is 2 to 3 kHz, the bandwidth of its velocity controller is 0 to 800 Hz, and the bandwidth of its position controller is 1 to 250 Hz. The power section of the unit has a DC bus link voltage that ranges between 170 VDC and 340 VDC. The drive comes with an internal regen resistor and can be connected to external resistors as well if required. The servo drive must be connected using only cables supplied by the manufacturer. The basic tools required to install the drive are M4 hexagon socket-cap screws, a No.2 Phillips head screwdriver, a 3 mm T-handle Allen key, and a small-slotted screwdriver. In general, the device doesn?t require any maintenance. However, if needed, only the manufacturer can clean the inside of the drive. Avoid immersing or spraying the device in or with liquid. Liquid must not enter the drive. For safety in case of emergencies, the servo drive is equipped with Emergency Stop and Emergency Off functions.
