Product Description

The AKD-P00607-NCPN-0000 AKD servo drive introduced by Kollmorgen features Ethernet support for fast operation. This product has a sticker on the side of its housing specifying the MAC address set by the manufacturer. The device gets disconnected when WorkBench software is not able to communicate with it due to instances such as a disconnected network cable or turning off of the drive. This unit highlights the dF code on the LED display when there is a firmware download failure. Its LED display information keeps blinking and appears on and off alternatively for 20 seconds when the Blink button is pressed in the WorkBench software. The servo drive must be connected with the motor power and feedback device at its X2 and X10 connectors respectively. This product displays various codes at startup and during operation on its LED display according to the status of the drive. The device connected parameter file and compiled program file can be stored on an external card reader or the SD card slot of the industrial PC using the names drive.akd and program.bin respectively. This drive configuration without a GUI is possible by using the rotary switches. It is required to check the MAC address listed in the WorkBench software with the MAC address on the label on the drive housing when it is not possible to see the content on the display. The servo drive needs to be grounded using wires of the specified colors for its protective earth. This product uses the Safe Torque Off (STO) digital input to release the power stage when it has a 24 V signal. The device contains no hazardous substances like PBT substances and CMR substances.
