The AKD-P00607-NBEC-0111 Ethernet servo drive produced by Kollmorgen can make changes to the process variables of a Base drive. This product comes fitted with a motion bus and a TCP/IP service channel. The device also features support for encoder emulation. This unit has a B6 bridge rectifier plus an integral soft-start circuit in its power section. It comes integrated with EMC filters to minimize or cut down the interferences that may occur during operation. The unit should not be used in residential areas or area with a single-phase power supply network. It uses a power supply with 24 VDC +/-10% voltage rating for the auxiliary supply voltage. This drive has a height of 256 mm without connectors. The product is characterized by high flexibility and versatility. This device must have unimpeded ventilation inside the control cabinet in which it is mounted. The unit does not support the option of increasing the number of its digital inputs and outputs. It experiences a continuous current derating of 4% per Kelvin when the operating temperature exceeds 40 °C. This drive works like a slave drive in an EtherCAT network. The product is an Ethernet-based drive that allows it to render fast operation. This device has a DHCP IP address when its rotary switches have a 00 setting. The unit can be assigned a DHCP IP or a static IP only when the 24 V supply is off. It displays the values of the rotary switches as they are turned. This drive has an automatic private IP address if a DHCP server is not present. The product associated MAC address is represented as a set of six hexadecimal numbers. This device identification on the network is achieved by means of its IP address.
